Lake access is across the street! Wake up, suit up and enjoy some Lake Life! We are a leisurely stroll to the restaurants and bars and a few miles from soooooo many area attractions! 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths will sleep 12 comfortably! Ski, Hike, golf, wine tastings, fishing, waterskiing, whatever you are looking for, it’s here! Lots of wildlife around us, as you are surrounded by gorgeous wood work, true to the area and the charm of Lake Harmony as it should be. Those with discerning taste will appreciate!
Good to know
Walking into DeerPathCrossing is like walking into VACATION! We are on NorthLakeDrive, across the street from the lake with beautiful grassy lake access, get our paddleboards and canoe's in and out of the lake, and walking distance to all restaurants on the south end (Piggy's, Nick's Shennanigan's etc) Enter into the main living space with stone wood burning fireplace, true gentlemen leather seating area and wood work at it finest. The front enclosed porch houses the bar, Harvard foosball table, darts and large table for games and socializing. Louvred glass windows will give you the best breeze in the warm months, with newly installed Heat/AC in this room to keep you as comfortable as possible! Serve your favorite wine out of the wine bar station in the kitchen, complete with wine refrigerator, and electric bottle opener. If you prefer a great cup of Joe, you have your choice of French Press or make a hot or cold specialty coffee on the Ninja set. After a day hiking or on the slopes, dry your boots/shoes in our AlpenHeatNA.com warmer/dryer, jump in the shower and enjoy the towel warmer as you get refreshed for your evening plans. Summer rentals will have Central Air to keep you as comfy as can be, access to 2 bikes and 2 paddle boards 2 Canoe's, tons of yard games like can-jam, ladder toss, cornhole, beer pong etc. AND the most convenient access the lake right across the street! In the winter months, we are just 1.5miles to BigBoulder and 5 miles to Jack Frost ski resorts. Out front, serve your guests at the 12 person outdoor dining table. Grill up some steaks on the brand new massive propane grill, or roast a hot dog over the Solo Stove Fire Pit. The Smart TV in the family room will offer plenty of entertainment as well! Located on a no outlet street, its great to walk to piggy's or Terracottage for breakfast, and Nicks' or Shennanigans for summer or winter cocktails or bites! We love walking the dog up and around all of the quite back roads.
