This cabin is located within Lake Harmony Estates, which means you have passes to their private beach area! An easy walk to the lake will bring you to the beach which has sand of course, volleyball and a water float for everyone's fun. ￫ Activities are abundant in the Poconos! Harmony Hideaway is walking distance to Split Rock Resort including their outside beach bar, and moments from Nick's Lakehouse, Shenanigans, Piggy's breakfast spot and the amazing Hog's Heaven Ice Cream and more. Hickory Run State Park hosts Boulder Field, miles of hiking and waterfalls, beaches and more. Take a quick drive and stroll through Jim Thorpe for the day, or visit H2Oooo water park which is just steps away at the Split Rock Towne Center Wintertime fun is a quick 2 miles to Big Boulder, 4 miles to Jack Frost, and 20 minutes to Camelback.. Booking Requirements: ~Guest will be 25yrs old, sign a short- term rental agreement and provide a current drivers license photo. ~Check In 4pm Check out 11am ~Not refundable if cancelled 30 days prior to stay. ~Additional Pet Fee $50 Per Pet/Per Stay Parking for 4 cars We hope to see you in Lake Harmony soon! OTHER THINGS TO NOTE! ￫ Renters needs to be over 25, for liability purposes. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by their parent or guardian. ￫ NO FIREWORKS or FIREARMS to be used on property. Extra fees or Fines will be levied on renters who use either on the property. TRASH ￫ Any trash left in house or not handled properly will be charged additional cleaning at $10 per bag. ￫ Any excess cleaning required above and beyond a normal and reasonable amount will be billed at $55 per hour. PETS ￫ Max weight limit is 40 lbs. ￫ $40 pet fee per pet/per stay (up to 2 dogs ) ￫ Any excess clean up time required will be billed at $55 per hour. ￫ Please keep pets off of the furniture to prevent odors and hair from sticking. HOT TUB Yes! There is a Hot Tub for your enjoyment. Hot Tub is placed privately behind the home. Please NO food, glass or anything else in the Hot Tub as is can blemish the water quality and damage the Hot Tub mechanics. Guests will be responsible for fees incurred for additional cleaning and/or damages. SMOKING No Smoking or Vaping Inside. Ozone neutralizing will be billed at $500.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD Cute little gem of a town with lakefront restaurants, ice cream shop and breakfast joints. The cabin is located in the Harmony Estates and is a 10minute walk to the water and moments from Nick's Lakehouse, Shenanigans and other lakeside eateries. Enjoy other very local amenities such as Jack Frost/Big Boulder Ski Resort, Hickory Run State Park or take a short drive into Jim Thorpe for the day. Once you book, I will send you a local attraction document to help plan your best trip ever! THE NEIGHBORS and NOISE Many of the houses on the street also rent to vacationers. You may hear music coming from some of the neighboring decks, and you’ll be free to play music on the deck also but please be courteous and observe the 10:00 PM quiet hour and move the party inside :-)
