HARMONY ESCAPE has everything you can ask for when getting away! Situated on a beautiful wooded lot with 2 firepits and hammocks to enjoy. Sleeping for 11, 4 bedrooms, spaces for games, conversations or some peace and quiet.We know how important it is to keep kids happy, so we've left our game closest full of everything you could ask for to have a magical time away! Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Outdoor 6 person hot tub to enjoy!

We know how important it is to keep kids happy, so we've left our game closest full of everything you could ask for to have a magical time away! Board games, Karaoke machine, Cornhole, Horse Shoes, Basketball net in the driveway, XBox w/ plenty of games, a Wii (must bring your own games), oversized Connect4 game on the wall and more! We are in a Serene, quiet neighborhood of Split Rock. Perfect for long walks to relax and rejuvenate everyone! Lake Harmony is a family friendly community, but values rest and relaxation with quiet hours from 10pm-7am so you can have fun all day and relax with a quiet fire, or enjoy the stars while soaking in the hot tub in peace as the day winds down! When ready to explore, we suggest some fun water sports! Yeti Watersports is walking distance from the house, you can rent paddleboards, kayaks, water tubing etc. While we cannot use the Split Rock beach, you are able to go to the nice grassy area next to it, grab a cocktail and snack at the outdoor pagoda, and soak up the fresh mountain air! Pocono Raceway is 5 miles away, Amish farmers market is 4 miles, open in the spring and summer, Hickory Run State park not only has amazing trails with waterfalls, but also hosts a huge boulder field for exploring and a free beach open to the public. The Home: *Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need for feeding the small army you bring with you, down to the spices, tea, coffee and cooking oil! There is a large dining table to provide space for family meals morning noon and night! **Family space is available in 2 areas, a relaxed seating area in front of the gas fireplace as you enter, or the larger family room with multiple sofas, TV's and more. **Sleeping arrangements are a snap, with 4 bedrooms, some with bunk beds (twin over full and single over single) others with a Queen or a Full. No fighting over where to sleep! :) **2 Full bathrooms make it convenient for all, one provides a combo shower/tub, the other a shower only **Smart TV's in 2 living rooms and 3 bedrooms.

**Must be at least 25 years old to book **Accept well behaved, house trained dogs of all sizes - please message us with questions. **Unfortunately we cannot accept groups larger than 11! ** Imagine arriving with no way to turn on the tv's - remotes are in holders near each tv and, if lost, must be found & returned before departure.

House rules

No smoking inside the house – ESSENTIAL – my sons and I have asthma and my mother has a chronic lung disease! Unfortunately, smoke stays in fabrics even after cleaning so we definitely don’t want smoke in the house. Even if you smoke outside, no smoking on the porch where smoke will enter the home. Lake Harmony has a strict quiet hours to ensure you and the community can enjoy peaceful nights by the fire. Guest must adhere to quiet hours from 10pm-7am. All Guests will sign a Rental Agreement and provide a photo ID. Once booked, Guest will agree to send their email address so owner may forward rental agreement via Hellosign. Proof that the responsible party is 25 or older is required via photo id. No more than 11 people may stay in the home. Imagine arriving with no way to turn on the tv's - remotes are in holders near each tv and must be returned before departure. Dogs are welcome! Unfortunately, though we love cats, due to a severe allergy - we cannot welcome cats in this home:(.

Located in the Split Rock Cottage Neighborhood, we are surrounded by trees, boulders, and lots of deer! Excellent area to take a walk, most residents use golf carts to get around. Walking distance to Split Rock resort and hotel as well as Lake water sport rental site.

We had a wonderful stay and the place was comfortable enough for 7 adults and two toddlers. Loved the backyard with fire pit and hot tub and the morning visits from wild turkeys and deer.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The house, outdoor area, and surrounding neighborhood were beautiful and well kept. There were lots of activities and places to sightsee nearby, and the hosts were responsive and courteous. We would absolutely stay here again.

Ample parking for 6 cars - once you arrive, much is in walking distance so park, relax and enjoy or we are easy distance to everything that the Poconos boasts! Whatever you are looking for from your Pocono vacation - our Harmony Escape is perfectly located to enjoy the activity and have an awesome spot to return to at the end of the day!
