Welcome to this beautiful Lake Top Lodge! Vacation or Work-ation, this house checks all boxes! Enjoy amazing views of the water from a huge front covered porch while sitting at the highest point of the lake. Enter the home to a massive 11 foot dining table, real hardwood floors, and Pocono charm. Enjoy your first vacation cocktail at the bar with wine refrigerator, or take the festivities over to the beautiful granite island in the kitchen. A quick click of a button in the family room will fire up the gas fireplace for cozy relaxation to make you feel right at home. If work / school demands can’t be avoided, don’t skip a beat with free high speed Internet, desk & extra monitor. Once you discover the game cabinet, you can challenge one another while sinking into a soft comfy sofa, one of 4 in the family room. Enjoy views of the lake from almost every room in the home! The master en-suite and 2 additional bedrooms provide beds for 11 guests, not including the futon or pull out sofa in case someone is snoring too loud :) (*please reference the room detail page to ensure you will be comfortable with the beds offered*) If you have young guests, or even furry guests, take advantage of the lovely fenced back yard which provides a 6 person Hot Tub, gas bbq grill, dining table and adirondack seating around a fire pit,. You can also hang out in the beautiful enclosed knotty pine all season room with a big glass table with plenty of seating for more gaming or social time. Challenge your friends and family to a game of Pool, Ping Pong or ESPN Dual Basketball in the Pocono Raceway themed basement! THE LAKE: Enjoy our Paddleboards or rent some time on a pontoon, waterski or tubing boat! We are 1 mile to Split Rock Golf Club or H2Oooo water park, 6Miles to Pocono Raceway, 7miles to beautiful Hickory Run State Park which has a beautiful free beach to the public, Boulder field or Austin Blakeslee Natural area. Can't forget the white water rafting excursions, ATV, horseback riding or Paintball! In the wintertime, Ski/Snowboard/tubing is 2 miles to BigBoulder, or 4 miles to Jack Frost. Furry family members are welcome if housebroken for additional stay fee Guest Requirements ~Guest must be 26 years of age to book& sign our Short Term Rental Agreement & send proof of identity via valid drivers license. ~Additonal $50 Pet Fee Per Pet/Per Stay ~Check In 4pm Check out 11am ~Not refundable if cancelled 30 days prior to stay.
