This 2 story home sits on a quiet wooded lot with ample parking and large outdoor space. The backyard has a large Hot Tub , fire pit, outdoor dining area, propane grills and kayaks available for guests use. The living room has a sliding door to a screened-in porch and a cool breeze. The main floor has a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast nook and large dining room table for you to sit, sip some hot tea & cook a family meal. Electric range with double oven is ready for your cooking or even baking needs, and load up the large refrigerator with your vacation treats. Pots, pans, baking dishes, dinnerware, serving dishes, utensils as well as some spices are provided. 12 cup grind drip Coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster & microwave are also at your disposal. The first floor has 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed, ceiling fan, room darkening shades and clothing storage. Bedroom 1 has an en-suite full bathroom, Bedroom 2 has access to the main floor hallway bathroom with tub/shower combo. The second level has a perfect hangout space for kids to watch their favorite movies or play a good game of chess or board game. The second floor has 2 bedrooms, each with jack&jill full bath (tub) access that is in between each room Both bedrooms have Two Full Sized beds, celing fans, room darkening shades. All bed sheets, towels, blankets, kitchen contents are provided for you. We do NOT provide hottub or lake towels . The home has electric heat as well as the wood fireplace in the living room.
