Located directly across the street from the lake with water views! Glass frontage gives you the ultimate chalet feel year-round. In the summertime, Repeat Retreat provides access to the lake via a private point just yards from the home. It's a great spot to get wet and have some fun! (see photo's and map in the gallery) If you are looking for more excitement, walk over to Lake Harmony Watersports for wakeboarding, water skiing, tubing or on a pontoon boat. Repeat Retreat also offers great amenities. The home sleeps 12 comfortably in beds and has 2.5 bathrooms. The oversized master bedroom includes a step up jacuzzi tub, 42 inch smart TV and an imitation fireplace to set off the mountain feel. Bedroom 2 has (2) large double over double bunk beds allowing for 2 per bed, total 8 people. 2 large closets, bureau and Heat/AC split. Bedroom 3 has a single over full bunk bed, closet, bureau and Heat/AC split. Bathrooms: Master bath has marble floor&vanity counter, separate water closet and full floor to ceiling marble shower. Skylight and heated floors. Guest Full Bath has marble floors with Standing shower Half Bath located on lower level off of gameroom The kitchen is not your usual Pocono rental kitchen. Stainless steel gallery appliances set off the granite counters, real wood cherry cabinets and vaulted ceilings w sky lights for a great cooking experience. There is a full sized dining room that sits 12 for a large dinner group after skiing or a night of game playing. The upstairs living area's double sided gas fireplace creates a great ambiance in the dining and family rooms. Above the fireplace is a 40 inch smart TV with wifi & Netflix for favorite movies. After dinner you will want to get cozy in the living room, looking out over lake harmony from one of 4 sitting areas. Or take the party downstairs to the game room! Make a cocktail at the sunken bar with mini fridge with seating for 6. Have fun playing pool, ping pong or challenge your mates on the 60 game Arcade Table for 2 . Another 40 inch smart TV with all the streaming apps sits above the dual sided gas fireplace. Large powder room downstairs will connect you to the large laundry area. In the warmer months, enjoy the backyard Beer Garden themed patio, including firepit, picnic table and working waterfall! Overhead garden lights complete the ambiance. This is a beautiful home with a lot of features you don't see in usual Pocono Rentals. No Paneling here! We have Lake access just a few houses away from our driveway or rent a pontoon or wakeboard experience from Lake Harmony Watersports! Furry family members are welcome if housebroken for small fee. Lake Harmony isn't just about the lake... we are minutes from white water rafting, paintball skirmish, Hickory Run State Park with it's hiking trails, waterfalls and a large free beach, Boulder Field (so cool!) and so much more!
