The main living area is located upstairs and holds the Family room with fireplace, large glass window wall, sliding door to upper deck, 8 seat dining table, and newly redone kitchen with large counter space and all the cooking amenities necessary for your stay. **We do have children's booster seats (2) and a pack and play for families w small kiddo's** Head downstairs to the lower level and find the FUN! Enjoy the Pool table, another gas fireplace kitchenette w/ wet bar and lots of sofa seating. We've even set up a coffee station in the wet bar. From the lower level you can get outdoors to the outside 6-person hot-tub, or firepit. Bedrooms Upstairs 1 is a King Bed, bureau & closet Upstairs 2 is a Twin over Full bunk with twin trundle, bureau and closet Downstairs 3 is Twin Bunk beds, bureau and closet Downstairs 4 is Queen bed, bureau and closet Downstairs 5 is Queen bed, bureau and closet *Pack and Play kept at the home at all times Full Crib rental available upon request Bathrooms Full Bathtub/shower combo upstairs Full Bathtub/shower combo downstairs All bedrooms have ample closet space and/or dressers for your attire. All beds come with linens and towels, simply bring your personal items and have fun! Just 2miles to BigBoulder and 4 miles to JackFrost, bring your boards and get to Shreddin or tubing! JF offers day ski, BB is open into the night, what's better? Pop by the house to fuel up between the switch (thats what we do) In the summertime, its just a short walk to the beach on the lake. Our private beach for The Estates is open from Memorial Day-Labor Day and we provide you with free access for up to 10 guests! Don't forget your tennis rackets for a little exercise during your stay too! :-) Parking for 8 cars Nick's LakeHouse, Shenanigans Restaurant and nightclub, Piggy's breakfast and Hogg Heaven's IceCream are all under 1 mile away.
